Limited to only 40 swimmers! The BIG SWIM is a fundraising swim challenge on the Northumberland Strait in support of Brigadoon Village. The BIG SWIM 2025 will be July 26-27, 2025.

About the event
The BIG SWIM is on the Northumberland Strait from New Brunswick to PEI across the Strait, alongside the Confederation Bridge. Participants begin at the beach at Cape Jourimain Nature Centre.
The BIG SWIM 2025 will be July 26-27, 2025:
July 26: Mandatory Safety Meeting & Paddles for all participants
July 27: The BIG SWIM ~ exact timing TBD in the weeks leading up to event based upon recommendation from our Safety Officer
All swimmers must be accompanied by a Level 1 certified kayaker
